EcoGlove assumes full control of Tr@ce glove supply.
EcoGlove, up to now a 40% shareholder in Fox Glove Solutions Sabah (FGSS) a Malaysian corporation, has now acquired 100% of the shares in FGGS through an arrangement under which other shareholders in FGSS have swapped their shares for shares in EcoGlove Limited. The FGSS board of directors and management will remain unchanged.
FGSS has the exclusive rights to procure for EcoGlove the Loprol Tr@ce™ gloves that have been specifically designed by the Malaysian Rubber Board to be used multiple times and reconditioned after each use in the EcoGlove Glove Renewal Unit.
