• The first ever Glove Unique Reprocessing Unit: The GURU
  • Provides final stage automated cleaning, decontamination, conditioning, testing and packaging of new Tr@ce gloves at point of manufacture.
  • Reconditions used gloves to be as new, automatically pack them by size.
  • Individually tests gloves for pinholes, visual and all other defects.
  • Is constantly connected through internet to EcoCare servers that are monitoring and controlling on a real time basis the process and the quality of the reprocessed Tr@ce gloves.
  • Ultimatly the Ecodata servers are controlling the GURU instructing it to pack or shred the Tr@ce gloves, depending the QC data it has received from the GURU operations.
  • GURU reprocesses only Tr@ce gloves.

 

The GURU  comprises 10 distinct modules ensuring a treatment of the entire surface and on both side of Tr@ce gloves:

4. Reverting
5. Washing / Decontamination
6. Drying Infrared radiation technology
7. Inspection & Reversion Cleanliness visual assessments, 2D code ID
8. Pinhole testing – Profet Using electric field, electrode and u-sensor
9. Decontamination – Eltyser High level decontamination  using atmospheric cold plasma
10. Off-Loading 
    1. Accepted gloves are automatically packed by size.
       
    2. Rejected gloves are shredded into latex powder, ready to be recycled into by products like shoe soles, security floors
