Traceability is the key quality control component of the EcoGlove system. It allows the follow-up, monitoring and corrective actions in real time:

  • Tr@ce gloves are  individually traceable with their unique encrypted identifier (2D Matrix) . Each glove bears its own serial number containing data such as size, material and manufacturing data and other useful information's. From manufacturing to end of usage EcoData maintain an electronic file for each Tr@ce glove. The file contains the quality control data from manufacturing QC and for each reprocessing, together with the GURU status.
  • EcoData monitors for each Tr@ce glove its reprocessing cycles and that the number of reprocessing are in the range of the validated range (7 times).
  • GURU are mandatory connected to the Internet, they are in constant communication with EcoGlove servers and are sending on a real time basis the quality data collected from all the sensors place at each module enabling the constant and real time quality monitoring.
  • This real time monitoring enables EcoData to control the quality of the Tr@ce gloves being processed or reprocessed and take on a real time basis the corrective actions insuring a constant quality of the Tr@ce gloves being delivered.
  • EcoGlove is using EcoTainers that are "re-usable" containers to deliver the Tr@ce gloves to the users.
  • Two types of EcoTainers are used:
Green Ecotainers To deliver new Tr@ce gloves to end users
Red Eco wastetainers: To collect the used Tr@ce and delievry to the reprocessing units
