Profet:

The profet is a new patented technology enabling the GURU to test each and every gloves for pinholes in a non-destructive manner and in milliseconds.

Eltyser:

The Eltyser is a cold plasma desinfecting device that has been developed for the GURU to ensure maximum safety in decontamination and desinfection for the Tr@ce gloves.

The Eltyser is the last stage in the reconditioning process, prior to packing of fully decontaminated Tr@ce gloves.

The Tr@ce gloves that are shredded (rejected for non-quality compliance or end of life) have also been decontaminated before shredding creating a germ free latex powder that can be safely recycled into by products like shoe soles, security rubber floors ......

Water preservation:

The Ecoglove system has water preservation in mind for a sustainable development

• Manufacturing 7 single-use medical gloves uses 8 cubic meter of water that is discarded, usually untreated.
• Manufacturing and reprocessing Tr@ce gloves for 7 uses consumes less than 1 cubic meter of water, and waste water from the GURU processes is in compliance with the most stringent water regulation.
• The savings are 7 fold for water ressources
